Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. VDOlocal takes 0% commission on every booking. You pay a flat monthly plan. Advance payments go direct to your own payment gateway, with 0% commission. Payments go direct to your own gateway.
Can guests pay an advance?
Yes. Guests can pay through your own connected payment gateway or UPI, so the advance goes direct to you, not through a portal.
Can I show room videos and the view?
Yes. Each room, space and experience can have its own video tour, shot on your phone.
Will my property show up on Google and Maps?
Yes. Your storefront and each room page are built to be found in local search, in your guests’ languages.
Does it work for a single homestay as well as a hotel?
Yes. A one-room homestay and a multi-property hotel group use the same storefront. Larger groups can talk to us about Enterprise.
Are video and AI features unlimited?
No. Each plan includes a set amount of video (Premium: 500 minutes of storage and 10,000 minutes of viewing) and a monthly allowance of AI credits. Neither is unlimited. Plans are ₹4,500 or ₹6,000 a month + 18% GST.
